The teen-retailer has added colr cosmetics to its beauty line - eyeshadows, lip glosses and nail polish - staples in any teen toilette.

The new cosmetic line is also available in more than 600 stores across the country.

The aecolorkits collection includes "eye lights," eye shadows in four-way color palettes, "finger paints," twosomes of sparkly nail enamels, "lip service," iridescent lip glosses, plus fruit-scented sliding lip glosses in flavors like cranberry and grape.

A new line of colors will already be available by the holiday season.

American Eagle first broke into beauty with the launch of Alive, a unisex fragrance that includes sprays as well as lotions and body washes, in 2000.

The brand will launch its first women's scent, Aura, next month.
