Kevyn Aucoin: A Style Tribute
Style Network Pays Tribute to the Late Famed Celebrity Make-up Artist Kevyn Aucoin 
LOS ANGELES, May 14, 2002/ --- Style Network will be paying tribute to
celebrity make-up marvel Kevyn Aucoin with a thirty-minute special
commemorating his life and work.
Aucoin, considered one of today's most celebrated make-up artists, passed away on May 7 at the age of 40 from complications of a metabolic disorder. Throughout his career he worked with Hollywood's most elite celebrities, transforming their faces as they posed for the covers of world's top fashion magazines. The special, "Kevyn Aucoin: A Style Tribute" reflects upon Kevyn's contribution to Hollywood through his makeup genius and includes never-before-seen footage of Aucoin's emotional return to his childhood home in Louisiana, family vacation in Hawaii as well as footage of him at work with Hollywood's top stars. The special also includes past celebrity interviews with Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lopez, Sharon Stone and Cher, who speak about Aucoin's artistry, as well as reactions from others within the industry to his death.
