LOS ANGELES, Apr 21, 2007/ FW/ --- Jessica Alba, star of ‘Fantastic Four’, ‘Sin City’ and the television series ‘Dark Angel’ is the newest face of Revlon. Her first endorsement will be the global advertising campaign for Revlon 3D Extreme™ Mascara.

The campaign which inclue television, print, in-store and internet placements will launch this summer. The first television commercial, directed by Ellen Von Unworth will make its debut in the U.S. market this July, while a comprehensive print campaign will follow in August.

Born April 28, 1981 in Pomona, California to a French-Danish mother and Mexican-Indian father, Alba’s multi-ethnic background got her noticed in Hollywood. She had first lead role in James Cameron's "Dark Angel."

Alba's film credits are equally as impressive. She co-starred in the critically-acclaimed "SinCity," directed by Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller and as the female lead role in Marvel Comics' action-franchise blockbuster "Fantastic Four," which was released by 20th Century Fox in July 2005.

Jessica's Sue Storm (aka The Invisible Girl) and her co-stars recently finished filming the next installment: "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer," which is directed by Tim Story and opens worldwide in June.

Alba has also completed the psychological thriller, "Awake," opposite Hayden Christensen, the independent comedy, "Bill," with Aaron Eckhart and Elizabeth Banks and will star opposite Dane Cook in the romantic comedy, "Good Luck Chuck," all to be released in 2007. She recently completed the filming the thriller "The Eye" for Lionsgate Films and Cruise-Wagner Productions.

Jessica will join the elite group of glamorous, sexy and talented women who represent the brand which includes Academy Award Winning actress Halle Berry, model and actress Eva Mendes and Sheryl Crow, one of the music industry's biggest stars.
