MILAN, Feb 26, 2005/ FW/ --- Alessandro De Bennedetti is making Exte very classic and sophisticated but with major sex appeal and pizzazz.
This collection is all about sex appeal and a frisky play on sensual points of a woman’s body. The show opened with two splendid fur belted fur coats in black and white.
1950’s silhouettes with puffed skirts and layered slips gave this sensual collection yet a classic ora. Bustiers attached to long dresses with intricate beading details along hems and collars.
Tapered trousers styled with hooker red patent leather belts. Red was splashed throughout the collection for a harlot, yet a Scarlet O’Hara affect.
A red fur shawl ultimately was a hit thrown over the shoulder with the model wearing a floor length red body dress.
Getting more of a vintage feel with pencil skirts and hot pants, De Bennedetti definitely got inspired from different eras. Stretched steer up pants were the best throw back of the collection.
With the steer ups showing inside of stiletto heel sandals, it is one of the hottest trends for next winter that is a must have even though the hideous reputation of the 80’s evil pants.
All of the ending show stopping gowns was opulent with gorgeous details of nude chiffon slits on the sides of black lace gowns. As the models set on the round couch, the handsome young designer stepped out and took his well deserved bow.
