PARIS, Jan 31, 2004 / FW/ ---- Continuing the sports theme that he started last season, Junya Watanabe is back in the mountains once again, but this time as a skier instead of a mountain climber.

Choosing bright colors interspersed with black and gray this season, the Japanese-born designer has his young men ready for action in the slopes or for the après ski to meet other skiers and girls, of course!

Being a fashion plate, the Junya Watanabe man will not have hard time having heads turn his way, specially with his slim fitting pants and oversized jackets, a wonderful combination, which is of course the height of fashion for young men nowadays.

From plaid to solids, from black to orange, with his skiing goggles, these lads are ready for action off piste. Having a type A personality helps of course – brave, unscared and with a devil may care attitude.

But, this is what it is all about, isn’t it? Wearing those royal blue down-filled jacket with plaid and a burnt orange turtleneck sweater does not make a man look cool (though it helps), but it all about the attitude.
