Mila Schon: Elegance Through The Years

Jan 1, 2002/ FW/ --- The Mila Schon label is known for its elegant style. Over forty
years since its inception, the designer continue to give the fashion world cutting edge
style.
Currently owned by the Mariella Bruni Fashion Group, Mila Schon collaborates with young talents
from all over the world for new collections.
For Spring 2002, Mila Schon gave us both fluid lines and some structure. Flowing dresses
and skirts together with pencil cut pants shared the limelight on the runway.
My personal favorite was the ankle-lenght dress with an assymetrical hemlime worn by
Maggie Rizer.
Featuring a deep V neck, almost reaching to the navel and sleeves reminiscent of the 1930s,
you could wear the dress for tea or early evening cocktails.
Mila Schon has not lost her touch after all these years - prestige, elegance and cutting
edge design.
