NEW YORK, Sep 18, 2004/ FW/ --- Suave, romantic and mellow are the adjectives that come to mind upon seeing Atil Kutoglu’s Spring 2005 collection.
With Naomi Campbell opening the show with a Bosa grey rayon silk pleated dress, the Turkish designer brought down the house, and it was just the beginning!
Sending beautiful caftans, mini dresses, wide-legged pants and floor length frocks made from luxe Turkish fabrics, Atil Kutoglu’s remains Turkey’s best goodwill ambassador to the New York fashion scene.
Flat sandals were the staple for footwear. Multi-striped silk column dress, caftan and long bias shirt and skirt give you the feeling of comfort.
Orange, pistachio, olive and blues comes in leather mesh, crocodile impregnated trench coat or low V-neck tank dress.
A group of beige silk chiffon made to cocktail dress with embroidery, pleated column dress and pleated mini dress with open back.
Gold embroidered top/vest and black silk pleated Turkish pants were once again worn by the beautiful Miss Naomi for the finale.
Atil Kutoglu’s message for Spring / Summer 2005 is clear: Relax, be cool and most of all be beautiful!
