New York, Sep 10, 2001/ FW/ ---In the b. Michael Spring 2002 show there was something for every
woman and all body types.
The clothes would fit the bride, the bridesmaid, and the mother-of-the bride. The lady who wants to
be noticed and the one who prefers simplicity will both find something to their liking.
A 30's flavor ran through the eveningwear collection which was full of springtime shades of pink, lavender,
and beige. Scalloped necklines and hems inspired by lilies were a couple of the details to make a note of.
And there was no preference towards long or short as both were prevailent in the line.
There were even trousers as one of the more memorablelooks was the salmon boucle' wide-legged jumpsuit
(though only the tall and slim should try to pull this off). If short and sassy is more your thing, there
was the blue minidress that looked to have been made from a blue sequined target patten.
Got a taste for the more drama? Then the beige gown trimmed in ostrich feathers i s perfect for you
as it was certainly the show-stopper.
