NEW YORK, Feb 13, 2005/ FW/ --- Kimora Lee Simmons showed over 30 looks to preview the Baby Phat Fall 2005 collection which was a bit lost in translation since she seemed to have lost a theme.
Marketed for the hip-hop and party going fashionistas, her Fall 2005 collection should be quite a go getter with her tight fitting micro mini skirt suits, to the Daisy Duke short shorts and several dresses with the ripped effect instead of cut outs.
Not to forget the cleavage bearing tops and patent leather bikinis worn under fur coats translating to sexy would be an understatement.
One wonders however where the fezzes with 3-foot long tassels hanging and the purses resembling a rifle case would come into the picture, but simply a trendy beginning and don’t be surprised to see them on the street since Baby Phat simply can pull it off.
Kimora did show several suit pieces in white that were quite stylish as well as a cream pinstriped pants suit with long silhouette that could easily go to the boardroom.
Once again, Kimora Lee Simmons accomplished her mission for comes Fall 2005, our young hip-hoppers and party going fashionistas will be flocking when Baby Phat hits store fronts.
