NEW YORK, Sep 15, 2004/ FW/ --- Set on the terrace of 7th Avenue Studios, Benjamin Cho got off to a sunny start. As with the sun scorched Christina Ricci and buyers in the audience, we patiently waited for tall legs in basic mini skirts to take center stage.
Cho stayed true to his passion for details by using suspender accessories on mini skirts and major rouging on tube dresses. He used very basic whites and blacks with splashes of red, periwinkle and yellow.
The ensembles were very body conscious that accentuated long legs. As a yellow tassel dress and a silk slip dress in green with pink tassels came out, it was obvious that the 40's flapper was inspiration.
The show got more dramatic as a faux fur white coat with train and a white slip dress barely made it down the catwalk.
With shoes by Frederick’s of Hollywood made the models legs seem even taller in the mini dresses throughout the presentation.
The overall theme of the show was very futuristic and innovative with intricate design details.
