Brazilian-born Carlos Miele made his debut at London Fashion Week on-schedule show during the Spring 2002 season.

Known for his sexier-than-thou Lycra creations, Carlos Miele also uses "materials for recycling" such as plastic and soft drink bottles.

Traditional patchwork, crochet and macrame is balanced by the designer's use of high tech fabrics.

Based in Sao Paolo, the Spring 2002 show in London marked the start of his company going global.

During the Spring 2003 season, Carlos Miele made his debut at New York's 7th on Sixth.

With his exuberant design and love for vivid colors, Carlos Miele is fast becoming an American favorite as a fashion designer.
