May 14, 2002/ FW/ --- Bared shoulders, skin tight dresses, asymmetrical hemlines way up
to the thighs, low-waist skirts - sum up Catherine Brule's Fall 2002 collection.
Sexy and revealing, it was a rehash of Tom Ford's Gucci runway shows several seasons back -
stiletto heels complementing high slits and sexy clothes.
Though the show was a rehash of Gucci, it did have its own merits.
Experimenting with the neckline, the designer ran the gamut of almost all types of
necklines from round to jewel, from one-bare shoulder to deep V necklines.
Though it is doubtful that Tom Ford's fans will pick up this collection, the younger generation
might find some interesting pieces.
