NEW YORK, Dec 8, 2002/ FW/ --- If there was a show last September at Bryant Park which is dedicated solely to swimwear and lingerie, it will be be Gottex show.

This is the first time that we have ever covered Gottex, so actually, we were pleasantly surprised by the collection shown.

The models came in pairs, triplets, quadruplets or a squad of five. It was a very unique approach in a runway.

But it worked!

Each group of model show a certain 'group' of swimwear, ranging from sexy one-piece to the racier thongs and string bikinis.

Of course, there was the usual sarong and 'genie' pants, not to cover any skin or protect the wearer for sunlight, but more of an accent and accessory to the swimwear.

So, if you are going to the beach, Gottex is the way to go!

I will have to warn you though - you have to work out now and start your diet right after Christmas if you want to fit in these skimpy but very beautiful swimsuits.

At the lingerie section, Gottex gave Victoria's Secret and Frederick of Hollywood a run for their money.

From traditional sleepwear to the S&M inspired pieces, be rest assured that it will make a man's head turn in the bedroom when he sees you wearing them.

Again, you have to make sure that you have great body tone, or the seductive look will not work.

A very strong collection overall!
