Dorian Ho One good label deserves another. Dorian Ho's "Doriano" is already a big commercial success in mainland China, being sold in more than 50 stores across the country.

To us here in the U.S., it might not be a big deal, but if you are talking of mainland China which has more than twice the population of the U.S., then it is a big deal! The consumer base is more than twice here.

Wanting to expand into the international fashion scene, Dorian Ho started his namesake label in early 2001 and "Dorian Ho" debuted at 7th on Sixth during the Spring 2002 season.

With Doriano's mass market appeal in mainland China, the Dorian Ho label is targeted for the high-end cltohing market. "Glitz & glamour" are the keywords to describe Dorian Ho which made from luxurious fabrics. Sequined, beaded dresses in chiffon, satin and organza, fluid tops in extra-fine rayon blended knits are the main fare for this collection.

Sensual and seductive, it is meant for the sophisticated woman and the ladies who lunch.

Dorian Ho staked out his pitch in the fashion world by sheer inclination and inspiration. After acquiring a degree in marketing from Boston University, Ho returned to Hong Kong to establish ‘Doriano’ -- a woman’s collection targeting business executives on the Chinese Mainland.

The great success of ‘Doriano’ was soon followed by the debut of ‘Dorian Ho’ in 2001. The designer’s new signature label now wins the hearts of sophisticated women around the world, including famous stars and celebrities.

Deft and sure from a lifetime association with fashion, Ho flits from classic form to sumptuous detail with impressive ease. ‘Dorian Ho’ collection features daywear and beaded knit and woven evening wear, including an haute couture range that accentuates femininity and individuality emblematic of our times.
