Michael Hui's design philosophy is "beauty is about comfort, balance and proportions."

The designer has two labels out in the market - M.H. Maglia which focuses on knitwear separates and Michael Hui which offers sophisticated, contemporary ready-to-wear.

Debuting at 7th on Sixth for Spring 2002 through the auspices of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Michael Hui hopes to break in the international fashion scene with his Michael Hui line.

A established designer in his native Hong Kong, Michael Hui's design has an international flavor to it. Fusing classic Chinese design elements to the western idea of ease and comfort is a winning combination.
