NEW YORK, Sep 10, 2006/ FW/ --- For Spring/Summer 2007, Nicole Miller showcased a very directional 44 exits inspired by the very ancient Mayan Ruins that spelled sophisticated and sexy.
Opening the show with a Mayan sun embroidered cotton voile double square neck sundress; Miller followed it with several sundresses that basically rounded up her daywear pieces.
Besides the tailored mini skirts, some came gathered with Mayan motif embroidery. The same silhouettes were also recreated in floor length, but made to flare out for that added walking comfort.
Nicole Miller proposed an abundance of blouson pieces for her fans spring and summer 2007 wardrobe, giving the collection a fresh and breezy feel to it. Miller does not want you to forget accessories either. Her eyewear, bags, shoes and leather belt were created to go perfectly with everything shown on the runway.
Special mention goes to the Mayan element embroidered tulle square neck sun dress with belt, the painted linen blouson coat and embroidered Mayan motif tulle strapless dress, the Mayan element crochet dress, and the clay and gold silk jacquard gown with gold sun jacquard double square neck bodice.
