MILAN, Jan 24, 2005/ FW/ --- Italo Zucchelli is sticking to Calvin Klein’s to his efficient style.
Short hair combed velvet suits with a flowing mixture of browns on lighter rustic brown tones were statements. Other brown suits with metallic finishes were fitted with tapered hems.
Printed shirts brought out the rustic suits. Long haired pale faced boyish models lightened up the deep burgundy leather cropped coats. Leather burgundy trousers matched the crop jackets but were teamed with dark green velvet trousers.
Pony hair cropped coats in black were a stylish sign of the times for Klein. Side zippers gave the crop coat an innovative allure. Simple classic shoes in black and brown leather and suede were traditional. Scarves tied at the neck and chains on trousers were the only visible accessories.
The classic black Klein suit has been made more casual with visible pockets and cropped coats. Stretch shirts looked elementary creative with velvet and black cotton trousers.
Calvin Klein is continuing its tradition of staying basic by defeating any unstable trends.
