Aug 21, 2001/ FW/ -- Jeff Mahsie of Chaiken continue to wow the audience with his very wearable city clothes
collection.
Jeff Mahshie joined Chaiken in 1998 after working with Giorgio di Saint'Angelo and consulting for
John Bartlett.
Together with Julie Chaiken, the label's namesake, the duo had brought Chaiken
Clothing to a higher level.
With Fall 2000, Chaiken brought red, black and white to the forefront. The Chaiken woman is
is not afraid to be noticed, yet she continue to keep her graciousness.
Off the shoulder ensembles for the evening and long coats and jackets to match so that she
can go out and face the weather.
Geared towards city living, the collection is a must have for working women and for those
who just want to have fun.
Jeff Mahsie thought of the whole wardrobe. One great thing, you can change your whole
wardrobe by buying the whole collection, or you can just choose several pieces to add to
your existing one.
I say that it is a stroke of genius!
