GuvindA Fashion

Guvinder Singh is part of London's New Generation of fashion designers. Spring 2001 is his second appearance at London Fashion Week, but he is not new to the fashion scene. His creations had been seen in the collections of Alexander McQueen, Julien MacDonald and Christian Lacroix.

For Spring 2001, Guvinda featured gingham and pleated skirts, slouch pants and playsuits. From mini-skirts to capri-pants, the collection centered on a chic Parisian summer. He went for very strong colors - red, white, black and purple. His signature couture embroidery and beading was very much a part of the whole collection.
