John Bartlett: Fashion Is In His Blood

John Bartlett is originally from Cincinnati, OH and graduated with a degree in Sociology from Harvard College. But fashion is in his blood, so he enrolled the Fashion Institute of Technology. The rest is fashion history.

An innovative men's fashion designer, John Bartlett won the Perry Ellis Award from the Council of Fashion Designers.

He started his own menswear line in 1992 and since then, he has expanded to womenswear.

In 2002, he shuttered the doors of his fashion house after 10 years in business. He returned to the New York runway in 2004, during the Fall 2005 season.
