Nicole Farhi DALLAS, Mar 10, 2001/ FW/ --- Nicole Farhi joined the tide of the militaristic look that has been so prevalent for Fall 2001.

With a collection dominated by black and brown, Nicole Farhi's women emerged as edgy urban guerillas and could be the next James Bond girl.

The collection was a classic Nicole Farhi - luxurious fabrics were used in softly structured clothes.

Skirts were either just above the knee or ankle-length, while pants were loose but body hugging at the same time.

Boots and leather gloves were the accessory of choice, and straight flowing hair and natural make-up was the look.

As always with Nicole Farhi, the whole collection was nicely executed.

There were no new fashion frontiers which were reached.

It was a play on a tried and true formula - easy elegance and individuality.
