"All things to all people!" Mark Whitaker stayed true to the meaning of his label Omnia. From
beachwear to sportswear, from daywear to evening, the Omnia Spring 2001 collection was a sight to see with
the fine detail work and excellent tailoring.
Solids and print fabrics were intermingled on trousers and dresses and two-piece bathing suits plus beach
coats. With 1980s influence, the collection turned out to be very wearable and fun and should be a staple
in a woman's closet.
Colors ranged from muted sorbet to shocking pinks and oranges. Stripes made of beads exemplify the fine
handmade detail work of Mark Whitaker.
