Versus: How to Dress Like a Rock Star

Milan, Mar 3, 2001/ FWD? --- There are lots of things worse than being a rock star even if it's a
thankless grind of a career.
But by wearing this fall's Versus collection you can, at the very least,
look like a bona fide MTV hero.
This is a collection that will guarantee you get noticed. Before a towering bank of lights, the models
strode out aggressively, perfectly equipped for a wild night in a discotheque.
Donatella likes a dominant gal in Versus, the house's younger line.
One who dons transparent lace
jersey mini dresses through which her black knickers are more than evident.
These were worn with
lacy stockings and calf-high boots.
For fall, the designer proposed tight silk pants and tops in blotchy primary colors - stop-sign red,
canary yellow or electric blue.
Donatella can certainly cut a mean coat, like an orange frock with peak shoulders or a sleek trench
in white with red cartoon squiggles.
But her best moment was a cluster of little black dresses with vertical ribs -- perfect for celebrating
your first record deal.
