The 27-year-old beauty accepted when the editor of "Dazed and Confused" magazine proposed last week just before they jetted off on a two-week holiday. This is a healthy move for the five-foot-seven supermodel, who is known for her crazy partying antics and checked herself into London's Priory treatment clinic two years ago.

Multi-millionaire Moss had a high-profile relationship with actor Johnny Depp for a few years, and almost married Antony Langdon of the group Spacehog.

Known for her CK Be Calvin Klein ads, she is ecstatic that 29-year-old Jefferson popped the question.

"Kate is happier than I have seen her for years. She is utterly thrilled that Jefferson has asked her to marry him," Moss's friend told the Sunday Mirror. "A lot of people still see her as something of a wild child, but she has calmed down a lot over the last year and sees getting married as the perfect way of underlining the sort of person she is these days."

There is speculation that the celeb catwalker -- who appears in ad campaigns for Dior, Gucci and Calvin Klein -- may want to have children and will undergo fertility treatment if she doesn't become pregnant within the next six months.
