NEW YORK, Sep 7, 2001/ --- Top New York hair stylist Pancho Seokoro's passion to please customers has landed
him high profile clients including Anna Wintour, Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump, Christina Ricci,
Jessica Simpson, singer Vanessa Daou and Tina Brown.
"I feel like a stripper sometimes with my clients," says the Head Stylist at the Pierre Michel Salon.
"I focus only on their needs and trying to please them."
Pancho has trained with the best. He started his career with Frederic Fekkai, where he developed the style
he has become so well known for-natural flowing shapes cut with a hard edge precision. In 1996 he moved to
Warren Tricomi and became their senior stylist before finally going to Pierre Michel. And right now he's
launching his own hair care product line, Pashah-which means eternity and serenity in five languages.
"It is based on my 15 years of experience. Friends would constantly ask me to make something for their
specific hair needs. After a while I thought I should do it properly."
The line includes: an alternating shampoo (Gangi) designed to breakdown product build up; a citrus toning
rinse (Basah) to neutralize the scalp and hair; spray on shine (Nayla) to add a high gloss shine for
any hair type; and styling spray for curly hair (Tinggal).
A trip to his homeland Bali reminded Pancho of the powerful effects of using herbal and botanical
ingredients. "The whole concept has a lot to do with my Indonesian heritage. These are alternative products
using natural ingredients, sea salt, oils and water. I use Dead Sea salt which is 238 feet below sea level
so the sun hasn't effected it and destroyed all the vital minerals. It has amazing healing properties, a
lot of people use it to clear up skin problems," he says.
Pashah is only available at www.pashah.com. "So many people are into fashion and beauty, they spend a
fortune but don't really understand how their hair works and what products can do to it. The website is
a way for people to read and understand about the product. You can get samples from the web and try it
before buying," Pancho says.
Look out Frederic and Edward. Eventually Pancho aims to open a salon and sell his products.
