According to Ms. Samuels, "The focus of my work is in creating a profound experience for its wearer
that is at once spiritual and sensual. My newest suite of jewelry is the Freedom Collection. It reminds
the wearer that she embodies free will and has the power to direct her life wherever she chooses. At its
heart is a symbolic and stylized wing motif. Virtually every object in this suite offers the means of
transformation through components that are removable and reversible, allowing the wearer to choose how
she expresses herself. This flexibility is also a powerful metaphor for the deeper transformation occurring
within her."
