Originally, LFW was slated from Feb 15 to Feb 19, 2006, a two-day overlap with the Milan season. With the new dates starting a day early, it eases the logistical problems a bit.

Yet, it is still a headache because there is no travel time allotted in between cities, which usually takes a day to move from one place to another. But at least, covering London and Milan is more manageable with the new schedule.

So, for better or for worse, the fashion set just have to accept the cards that they have been dealt.
