Sue Wong Continues To Expand Her Label’s Reach With A New Marketing & Licensing Campaign

LOS ANGELES, Mar 16, 2006/ FW/ --- Sue Wong, the quintessential Los Angeles designer recently launched a global marketing strategy with the goal of further establishing her eponymous label in the domestic and international marketplace.

The initiative includes the formation of brand identity, licensing programs, retail outlets and advertising. The designer is actively seeking agencies capable of supporting the fast growing company.

Part of this initiative is the introduction of the Sue Wong label in the global marketplace, the latest effort was presenting at Pręt-a-Porter Paris wherein 25 new international accounts were gained. This number is in addition to 24 foreign markets that Sue Wong is already being distributed.

Currently, the Sue Wong label is being sold major US department stores such as Neiman-Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Macy’s and Nordstrom. Globally, Sue Wong is widely placed within international department stores such as Canada’s Holt Renfrew, the UK’s Selfridges, Dubai’s Saks Fifth Avenue, Saudi Arabia’s Harvey Nichols, and Japan’s Parco.

The Sue Wong collections can often be seen among the editorial pages of fashion magazines, within the society column in newspapers and on the celebrity red carpet.

The designer herself is often featured as a guest on fashion related programming. Soon, the Sue Wong lifestyle will be presented with the unveiling of her newly acquired home – The Norma Talmadge Estate aka The Cedars.
