By: Randal Jacobs
NEW YORK, Sep 12, 2004/ FW/ --- Guido’s spring/summer 2005 collection is all about sleek suits and gold accessories. Opening the show with great cotton micro cord classic suits, models strutted to the tunes of Billy Beyond and Dino DeGuicies.
Short tennis shorts and long trench coats with gold buttons were showstoppers along with fitting chain bikinis. Large leather gym bags looked great with their take on the workman jump suit in khaki and denim.
Tailored trousers in red, salmon pink and white was styled with cotton shirts in white and lavender. Classic terrycloth polo shirts with print panels in white were inspired by Classic Americana.
Fitted leather jackets looked great with dark denim jeans with large brown seams. Key accessories included distressed trimmed duffle bags along with white trash charms.
This collection was all about vacationing in style while staying classic and cool.
