LOS ANGELES, Jan 26, 2006/ FW/ --- The fashion world might have its eyes in Paris right now with the Menswear season scheduled to start tomorrow, but from February 3 – 10, 2006, the world will be looking at New York as Olympus Fashion Week presents the Fall 2006 collections.

“We couldn’t be more excited about this seasons’ shows,” said Fern Mallis, Executive Director of 7th on Sixth and Vice-President of IMG. “There are so many talented U.S. designers that are showing with us this season along with designers from all over the world.”

The weeklong event will kick off on February 3rd at 9:00 AM with Kenneth Cole showing his Fall 2006 collection for men and women. That show will be followed on February 3rd by John Bartlett, Michael Wesetly, Henry Jacobson, The Heart Truth Red Dress Collection, Dragana Ognjenović, John Varvatos, Akiko Ogawa and Baby Phat.

Showing on February 4th will be Alice Roi, Alexandre Herchcovitch, Atil Kutoglu, Anait Bian, Sass & Bide, Lacoste and Oakley. February 5th will have Y & Kei, Twinkle, Tracy Reese, Diane Von Furstenberg, Naeem Khan, Tuleh, Badgley Mischka and Willow.

On February 6th, James Coviello, Carolina Herrera, Cynthia Steffe, Oscar de la Renta, Reem Acra, Betsey Johnson, Child Magazine, BCBG Max Azria Collection and Zang Toi will show.

February 7th brings Tibi, Monique Lhuillier, Bill Blass, Chaiken, Luca Luca, Charles Nolan, IISLI, Nanette Lepore and Heatherette to the tents. Malo, Peter Som, Michael Kors, Richard Chai, Carlos Miele, Carmen Marc Valvo, Milly by Michelle Smith, Anna Sui, Vivienne Tam and Abaeté will show on February 8th.

February 9th features collections by J Mendel, Wunderkind by Wolfgang Joop, Pamella Roland, Vera Wang, Temperley London, Joanna Mastroianni, Custo Barcelona, Zac Posen and Jason Wu.

The week ends on Friday, February 10th with the taping of the season finale of the second season of Project Runway and shows by Cynthia Rowley, Manuel, Strenesse, DDCLAB and Chado Ralph Rucci.

Showing off site are Kai Milla, DKNY, EDUN, Jill Stuart, adam+eve, Kate Spade & Jack Spade, Diesel, YEOHLEE, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, Sweetface and Catherine Malandrino.
