NEW YORK, Feb 1, 2003/ FW/ --- Womenswer designer Carla Dawn Behrle will unveil her
Fall/Winter 2003 collection on Feb 7, 2003, kicking off this year's highly anticipated
New York Fashion Week within the new show venue, ashastyle at Times Square Studios,
1500 Broadway at 8:00PM.
Opening her doors to the fashion industry and to the public in 1997, Carla Dawn Behrle
has established herself as a high end, in demand couture leather designer in New York City.
She has been feaured in the cover of Italian Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, InStyle, Elle, Cosmopolitan,
and Rolling Stone.
Drawing influences and inspirations from her theatre and costume design background, Carla
Dawn Behrle utilizes traditional shapes, distinguishing htem with her signature touches on
leather, sude and furs.
Known for creating sexy, classic yet modern and eminently wearable leather and suede
pieces, Carla Dawn Behrle's client list includes Alicia Keys, Mary J. Bilge, Susan Sarandon,
Julia Roberts, Christina Ricci and Lisa Marie.

For her Fall 2003 collection, the designer creates perfectly tailored coats and
jackets completely covered in handpainted colors.
Structured garments with loose and flowing asymmetrical draped skirts with rows and rows
of shirring at the waistband are finished off with hot leather pants, also with shirring at the
seams.
Behrle will also show her trademark stretch leather mesh body fitting tops and dresses.
