Paris Menswear Show Fall 2004

PARIS, Jan 2, 2004/ FW/ --- Four days on the Paris fashion calendar is dedicated for the Fall 2004 menswear season, with the first day, Friday January 23 highlighting emerging designers.

Interesting to note is John Galliano, who is formally launching his men's line this season is scheduled on the first day. This show is a must see!

There are also several designers who are debuting on the Paris runway this season: Number (N)ine, Thomas Engel Hart, Sebastian Meunier, and Sebastian D. Rodriguez who are showing later during the week.

Missing from the roster is Jean-Paul Gaultier, who aside from designing for his own house is also designing for Hermes.

Ozwald Boateng who has been appointed Creative Director for Givenchy Homme will be showing under his own label, as he had done for the past several seasons. He will debut the new Givenchy Homme line during the Spring 2005 season in July.

Tom Ford will show his last YSL Rive Gauche men's line as he is scheduled to step down from his position at Gucci and YSL on April 30, 2004.
