DALLAS, Dec 20, 2006/ FW/ --- In another triumph for the Lebanese couturier, Elie Saab is slated to kick off the Spring 2007 haute couture season when he opens couture week on Monday, Jan 22, 2007, at the Musée de l'Homme at 17 place du Trocadéro in Paris’ 16th arrondissement.

Haute couture member houses - Christian Dior, Dominique Sirop and Adeline Andre will be showing at 1430, 1600 and 1800 respectively. Guest members Felipe Oliveira Bautista, Christophe Josse and Anne Valerie Hash will unveil their collections at 1200, 1300 and 1700. Italian design maestro Valentino close the day with two shows, one at 1900 and the other at 2030.

Chanel and Givenchy grace the second day at 1130 and 1930, respectively. Christian Lacroix will hold two showings, the first the 1500 and the second at 1700.

The third day, January 24, features hard hitters Franck Sorbier (1100), Jean Paul Gaultier (1430) and Giorgio Armani Prive (2000). Invited members Carven (1600) Maurizio Galante (1700) and Marc Le Bihan (1830) throw their hats on the ring during the same day.

During the final and fourth day, Lefranc.Ferrant, Nicolas Le Cauchois, Boudicca, Richard Rene, Cathy Pill and Gerald Watelet close the season.
