Rykiel Homme: A Rainbow of Colors For Summer 2006

PARIS, Jul 2, 2005/ FW/ --- Spring brings out the best side of numerous people after a long and dismal winter filled with grey skies and rain. However, at the top men’s fashion house Rykiel Homme, spring brings out the most vivid colours ever dreamed of by the rainbow.

By far, Rykiel Homme’s Summer 2006 collection is ripe with blues, reds, greens, yellows, etc.

Though the occasional cardigan is nice, the blazers are the driving force of this collection. The double-breasted blazer in safari beige fits tightly to the body hugging it in just the right way.

The other blazers look just as good on the body if not better. Of them all, one done in white and worn with match shorts cuffed just above the knees is even better.

The Rykiel Homme officer’s pants come in yellow and red and have a thin white stripe racing up the sides.

Overall, the pants in this collection are all cuffed and done so just above the ankle. Not much from this collection can be made strict with too serious a shoe and that thanks to the intent of lightness shining through.

The only dark colours in this collection come in the form of a black and white plaid fabric. It first appears in the form of a knee-length trench coat.

Later, this fabric and colour scheme is repeated in a pair of slacks and a blazer, which can be united to create an eye-catching suit.
