PARIS, Sep 19, 2003/ FW/ --- Julien Fournié will succeed Christophe Josse as Artistic Director of
Torrente, Paris for both Ready-to-Wear and Haute Couture collections. The
House has been undergoing reorganization since the surprise resignation of

Accessories at Montana, under the direction of Stéphane Parmentier.
At 28 years of age, the young designer was recruited by Torrente at the
beginning of the summer of 2003 as Director of Ready-to-Wear, but the
management decided in September to appoint him Artistic Director of the
entire House.
According to a press release, Julien Fournié will retain from the House's
tradition of "clothes that caress all types of women with elegance".

even the same astrological sign, Aries.
His first show for Torrente will take place the 8th of October in company
headquarters on the Rond Point de Champs Elysées as part of the Paris
Ready-to-Wear collections.
