MILAN, Jul 1, 2004/ FW/ --- As Andre 3000 of Outkast states, “You will not believe in me, but you will fancy some Easter Bunny.” You see, none of us truly believe in love any longer.
Just the other day over a cup of tea at work, the girls and I were talking about how men are not like they used to be. Men do not suit or court like they did in the olden days. Enrico Coveri gives us a vintage reflection in a lesson of Love and Fashion.
Jamming to the sounds of a young Michael Jackson, Coveri is allowing us to have one more chance to experience a summer full of love his way. Relax fit suits in resonant shades of orange, fluorescent pink, screaming yellow and piercing turquoise are fitting for a heartbreaker’s wardrobe.
Rounded slim lines marked and sculpt the figure of each model. Low double pockets and one to three button coats was perfect detailing. Large polka dot printed shirts and kerchiefs were accessorized to each suit. With a very classic controlled look the colours was fitting to a modern young stud.
The theme shifted to a college-prep feel of the 50’s. Ultra layers were compiled with zip cardigans, low-cut A shirts and blazers in sere sucker and pin stripe prints. Casual chic jeans and Bermuda shorts were teamed with classic polo shirts in the launch of Francesco Martini Coveri Sportswear extension of the brand.
For the lover who woes his victims with his physique, Lycra tropical pop art printed low rise bikini briefs exhibit pleasure wands well. If that does not catch the woman of your dreams, then Coveri’s mermaid printed trousers, shirts and tees will.
With a great show presentation and premiere disc jockeying of Francesco & Francesco, Enrico Coveri left us with his motto: I will love you forever until it last!!!
