Countdown to Prom Night
Alright, it's actually still 3 months before the Prom Season starts! No, it is
not a big fashion event. But it is the most important evening of the year!
Thank goodness you still have time to plan! Here are some tips for your big day:
- If you want to pull up to the prom in a limo, book a few months in advance and expect to pay from $70-$100 per person.
- For a professionally-primped updo, make an appointment at the salon at least one month in advance for a prime time slot, then wash and dry your hair before going.
- If you can't find the perfect gown, have your dream dress made for you by a seamstress -- rates start around $150 plus the fabric and pattern.
- Order a boutonniere (starting at around $6) a few days before the big night, then pick it up the day of and store in the fridge till show time.
