An Emotional Mystic-al Tour

LONDON, Dec 10, 2003/ FW/ --- Confronting emotions head on may not be for everyone; however, as in movies or plays which are fictional, we can view the emotions displayed in The Passions without the reality of loss.

The actors inThe Passions take us on a mystic-al tour in slow motion of emotional passions of humankind, public and private.

Viola weaves human emotions on his video loom, taking communal threads of touch and tears made of silent screams and silent joy.

Wearing humanitarian emotions on his sleeve Bill Viola brings the politics of humanness to the forefront in his continued explorations in the world of video art.
