DALLAS, Apr 18, 2006/ FW/ --- The Sydney season heats up with the announcement by IMG Media that the Mercedes Australia Fashion Week can be viewed online via MSN Video on demand from Apr 26 to 30, 2006, the dates of the event.
Taking its fashion coverage to the next level, IMG Media has pioneered extensive global broadband coverage of recent fashion weeks starting with its groundbreaking live coverage of Olympus Fashion Week in New York in February.
This same coverage will be given to Mercedes Australia Fashion Week with each designers collection edited into two to three minute highlights all made available to MSN’s 440 million users worldwide.
“This is our first step in broadening the scope of what we started in New York and LA and we are very excited to be bringing international fashion weeks and international designers to this global platform,” said Bill Squadron, Senior Vice President of IMG Media in a statement.

The IMG Media team will travel to Sydney to produce designer and lifestyle features along with two to three minute highlights of every designers show posted just hours after they finish.
