DALLAS, May 2, 2007/ FW/ --- Opening on theaters nationwide on May 4, ‘Spiderman 3’, the final installment continues to spin a web to the movie going public as it is predicted to be this summer’s blockbuster hit.

Kirsten Dunst, who plays Mary Jane Watson, the love interest of Peter Parker / Spiderman played by Tobey Maguire, spun her own web last April 30th during the ‘Spiderman 3’ premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival.

The 25-year old actress wore a Vintage Versace, a short silver cocktail dress made of chain metal at Kaufman Studios in New York City, the venue of the movie premiere.

One of the most bankable young stars in Hollywood, Spiderman 3 follows her title role in Sofia Coppola’s ‘Marie Antoinette’, a retelling of France's iconic but ill-fated queen, Marie Antoinette.

Although Dunst has appeared on television prior to Anne Rice’s ‘Interview With The Vampire’, it was only after sharing the limelight with Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt that the then child actress entered the consciousness of the movie-going public. Since then, she had very busy in her career, releasing at least one movie a year.

For Spiderman 3, Kirsten Dunst reprises her role as Mary Jane Watson, a role she had played since Spiderman 1. This latest and final installment of Spiderman has been acclaimed by critics as the best in the trilogy with three super villains – New Goblin, Sandman and Venom. Plus, Peter Parker has to stage a battle with himself as he is being drawn to the dark side.

Another love interest for Peter Parker is also being introduced, Gwen Stacy, hence creating a love triangle!

For Spiderman fans, the movie is a must see! For those who are just being brought into the fold, rent Spiderman 1 and 2 before going to the theaters and you will find yourself falling in love with both Peter Parker and Mary Jane!
