DALLAS, Mar 31, 2008 / FW/ — In what is arguably his best collection for Lacoste yet, Christophe Lemaire refined the brand’s DNA by adding romantic elements to sportswear, thus softening the hard edges that comes with that clothing genre.

One of the greatest challenges of a designer when he or she is at the creative helm of a very old brand is that there is always a need a to reinvent and refresh the label.
