DALLAS, Jul 22, 2008 / FW/ — In this summer of blockbuster films that are based on comic book heroes, ‘Wanted’ is part fantasy part action flick with the surprise pairing of Morgan Freeman, Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy with their astonishingly perfect chemistry.

Morgan Freeman in Wanted

Referencing the Fates of Greek Mythology, Morgan Freeman plays Loom monitor who can see future evildoers as they are woven in the fabric of life. Perhaps it is coincidence or it’s the way fate would have it (no pun intended), but the Academy Award winning actor chose to wear Brioni in the film

Known for its impeccable tailoring and their use of the best fabrics in the world, Brioni is a superstar in the fashion world the same way that Morgan Freeman and co-star Angelina Jolie are bywords in Hollywood.

Wanted, which was shot in the United States, Budapest and Prague, Freeman, plays Sloan, the enigmatic leader of a secret society called the Fraternity whose mission is justice in the world. Impeccably elegant, Morgan Freeman exudes a supernatural self-confidence that contrasts with the mundane existence of young Wesley Gibson played by James McAvoy.

Angelina Jolie plays the sexy and mysterious assassin Fox who recruits Wesley Gibson to be part of an assassin’s guild that is actually the good guys. Sound’s far-fetched? This is comic book story wherein storylines can be anything.

Now, if looks could kill, in this movie, Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman can walk in any room any time of day and they could slay anyone, bullets optional.

The Best Dressed list epitomizes good taste in women’s dressing as exemplified by Reese Witherspoon, Jemima Khan, Beyoncé, Angelina Jolie, Helen Mirren, Nicole Kidman, Katherine Heigl, Cate Blanchett and Kate Middleton (ANI) as these high profile women were seen in public, whether on the red carpet or not.

And though, it will be great to describe how these women are truly great dressers, it is the Worst Dressed List that actually warrants more comments.1

Angelina JolieNEW YORK, Dec 21, 2007 / FW/ — As citizens of the world, Angelina Jolie and her husband Brad Pitt maintain homes across the globe, but this holiday season, they are home to help 46,000 to 64,000 children that were displaced by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

The Academy-Award winning actress is teaming up with The Children’s Health Fund (CHF) to ensure that these children who are exhibiting risk factors for health, mental health and school performance problems will receive the help that they need.

According to an announcement by CHF, a set of prescriptions that include solutions for appropriate housing relocation options, better access to schools and to comprehensive medical and mental healthcare will be implemented soon.

The CHF initiative was triggered by a study that found that more than half of the displaced children in Louisiana (55.4%) and nearly half in Mississippi (47.1%) have been estimated to show one of three “risk factors” that can have a long term or permanent impact on their lives: a substantial drop in academic achievement, according to their parents; lost access to health care (either medical home or insurance coverage); or clinically-diagnosed depression, anxiety or behavior disorder.
