NEW YORK, Sep 24, 2002/ FW/ --- Brazilian-born designer Carlos Miele created
a multimedia production to introduce his Spring 2003 line.
With professional dancers on the runway,
video projections, and a "bossatronic" beat, Miele's spectacle was part
fashion show, part performance art, part Carnival celebration.

really abandoned the concept, but for their Spring/Summer 2003 collection --
which they presented Tuesday afternoon in their showroom -- the design duo
figured it was high-time to "dream again, to wear special, beautiful things that
indulge our fantasies."

High Fashion at the 54th Emmy Awards
Sep 24, 2002/ FW/ -- What a difference a year make! Last year, the Primetime
Emmys was was a very subdued occassion.
2002 is an entirely different matter. The glitz and glamour is back! The red
carpet was sizzling and the show itself was short and sweet, considering that
awards nights as a rule usually go on over time.
