Roberto Cavalli Boutique Las Vegas
Roberto Cavalli Boutique Las Vegas

MILAN, Dec 1, 2009 / — Roberto Cavalli announces the opening of the first company-owned Roberto Cavalli Boutique in Las Vegas. Inspired by a glamorous and free-spirited sensibility, the store embodies the modern elegance of the Cavalli world and sets a new standard for the innovative use of materials and design.

The new boutique will be located within the new Crystal Mall, located at 3720 Las Vegas Boulevard South and will span a total of 10,000 square feet. The store will hold women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, accessories, time and eyewear collections, intimates, home and pet lines; and offers plenty of dramatic touches to give the Cavalli customer the ultimate from this premiere fashion house.

Designed by Italian architect Italo Rota with Roberto Cavalli to be a mix of both the Paris boutique and the Cavalli Club in Dubai, the boutique features a catwalk stage which runs along the center and rear of the store. The raised area will be set with several mannequins walking thru three columns, the first of which, closest to the entrance, with a cascade of Swarovski crystals, greeting guests in traditional opulent Cavalli style.

The back walls of the store are lined with floor to ceiling mirrors, reminiscent of Cavalli’s most recent runway show in Milan; and the side walls of the store will be covered with Venetian plaster and damascato, a textured patterned stucco finishing which only a few artisans can do perfectly. Black tile floors shine with crystal dust reflecting light throughout the store while theatrical lighting fixtures illuminate and highlight the catwalk.

Three separate VIP areas in the back of the store will be covered with panels made of velvet and curtains. The center room will feature a tailoring room in the rear, with the ones to the sides featuring private fitting rooms. The entrance to the VIP area will have a gold finished mirror, also reminiscent of a former Cavalli runway show.

The Roberto Cavalli Boutique will open on December 3rd 2009.
