Now, America's most beloved 'Grande Dame' of the kitchen, Julia Child, turns 90!

To pay tribute to this culinary icon on her 90th, the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) Foundation has teamed up with Wolf Blass Wines of Australia to sponsor 'In Celebration of Julia'-a series of 20 dinner celebrations held concurrently at 20 great restaurants nationwide on August 1st.

Some of America's most famous foodies and friends of Julia-from Jacques Pépin in New York, to Nathalie Dupree in Denver to Nick Stellino in Seattle will be on hand to emcee each event.

Proceeds from the fund-raising dinners will support one of Julia's favorite culinary causes, The Julia Child Endowment Fund, a grant program for culinary study in France administered by the IACP Foundation.

For every birthday greeting submitted between now and August 15th (Julia's actual birthday), Wolf Blass Wines will donate 50 cents to the Julia Child Endowment Fund.
