LOS ANGELES, Mar 20, 2002/ --- Sinking a half-court "Crunch Time" basket or a skilled slam dunk will score 10 lucky young hoopsters a trip to the 4^th Annual Nestlé Crunch Hot Shots Camp with NBA All-Star Shaquille O'Neal this summer.

Nestlé Crunch and O'Neal are teaming up on a nationwide search for male and female student-athletes between the ages of 12-18 who made buzzer-beater shots during the 2001 or 2002 basketball seasons.

Alley-oops, unbelievable three-pointers and half court thrillers must be on videotape and postmarked by May 15, 2002. Entries will be judged on the skill of the shot, timing and reaction from the crowd. . Ten winners and their parent or legal guardian will be flown roundtrip to Los Angeles, hometown of Shaq's 2000 and 2001 NBA Champion Los Angeles Lakers, to participate in the 4^th Annual Nestlé Crunch Hot Shots Camp in summer 2002.

"I'm looking for the true up-and-coming hot shots to hit the court with me this summer," said O'Neal. "I am anxious to play against young basketball stars who can score when it's Crunch Time."

Each Nestlé Crunch Hot Shot will net a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go one-on-one with Shaq, and test their game against the NBA All-Star. Winners will also receive a Nestlé Crunch Hot Shots Camp jersey, basketball and photo with O'Neal.

Last year's basketball sensations hailed from all over the country from such cities as Carson, Calif., Central Square, N.Y., Sydney, Ohio, Beaverton Ore. and smaller cities such as Topsham, Maine, East Point, Ga. and Bethany, Okla.
