Jul 21, 2003/ FW/ --- It's been eight years, but now it's time to be bad again. There's a new movie hoping to create a battle at the box office.

Gabrielle Union stars opposite the original bad boys, Will Smith and Martin Lawrence in the new movie Bad Boys II.

She plays, Syd Burnett, an undercover agent trying to bring down a Cuban drug lord and is Will Smith's love interest.

In an interview, Burnett explains why she liked the character.

"When I first read the script, I was like, this is amazing...she's not a damsel in distress, she's not the girlfriend on the side, she's not just the pretty face in the middle of all the good stuff. She's actually apart of everything. So, it was an amazing experience, actually to be part of the action of these insane action sequences," says Gabrielle Union.

Gabrielle Union also describes what it was like working with the Smith and Lawrence.

"I've never had more fun in my life. It was five months of just sheer debauchery, nonstop laughter. Will and Martin just made sure I had the best time, and they, you know, made sure the red carpet was rolled out everywhere. And they're good to pick up a few tabs every now and then too, so I just had the best time with them," Gabrielle Union said.

Bad Boys II is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, and is only in theatres.
