LOS ANGELES, Mar 18, 2005/ FW/ --- Its part of March madness, spring break for college kids is one of the most anticipated times of the season other than college basketball.
Considered an American rite of passage, over two million college students converge on beaches around the world during Spring Break.
According to VacationSpot.com, the Top 10 Spring Break cities are:
- Daytona Beach
- Honolulu
- Cancun
- Las Vegas
- Miami
- New Orleans
- Orlando
- Phoenix/Scottsdale
- San Diego
- Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater Beaches
If you have decided where to go, then the next question is what to pack.
Here are some tips from American Eagle:
- Pack comfortable, versatile pieces that take you from day into night such as
favorite Ts, classic polos, gauzy cotton minis, and khaki shorts.
- Bring basics such as track jackets which are updated with new short-sleeve silhouettes
and destroyed jeans that sport authentic, worn-in rip-and-repair details.
- Toss in fast-drying board shorts and swimwear in vibrant warm-weather colors,
perfect to wear both on and off the beach. From halters to tankinis and slinky string
bikinis to low-rise bottoms, they’re easy to mix-and-match for a look all your own.
So whatever your destination may be, pack light and look cool for the best spring break ever.
