A Century of ‘Kisses’ Is Celebrated With Diamonds

Hershey's DALLAS, Aug 22, 2006/ --- Need some ‘Kisses’? How about a diamond encrusted ‘Kisses’? To celebrate its 100th anniversary, Hershey’s Kisses has commissioned acclaimed jewelry designer Neil Lane to design one-of-a-kind diamond broche that is the exact replica of the iconic Hershey’s Kisses chocolate.

Set in white gold, the Hershey’s Kisses centennial broche is set with 755 diamonds totaling 7 carats and is worth more than $25,000.

This unique creation also includes the famous plume with a special 100th anniversary message inscribe on the inside of the broche.

Lane’s stunning design will make its debut on the red carpet on Sunday, August 27 during the 58th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards.

It will be auctioned off immediately following the Awards by the foundation ‘Clothes Off Our Back’ with 100% of the proceeds donated to children charities.

The auction will take place on www.clothesoffourback.org starting Monday, August 28th and will remain online until 6:00 p.m. PDT of September 15th.
