Carolina Herrera: Pretty Is As Pretty Does

DALLAS, Dec 14, 2003/ FW/ --- If you remember the classic song, “I Feel Pretty,” that is exactly what you will be singing when you see and wear Carolina Herrera’s Spring 2004 collection.
Presented last September in New York, Carolina Herrera did not disappoint her audience and her clientele; in fact, she exceeded all expectations with a very beautiful and resplendent collection.
Starting with daywear, both the dresses and pantsuit sets are something that women would love to wear come springtime.
Karolina Kurkova in low-rise white trousers styled like the Navy’s cracker jacks, paired with a halter black top could go from work, lunch, an early dinner, or even in a weekend get-away with that outfit.
Liya Ebede wearing a red floor-length skirt with a front slit high enough to turn heads could not be sexier. And with a sleeveless tank top, it looked casual, yet very elegant.
The cocktail dresses are just eye-popping! The sunshine yellow, above-the-knee mini skirt that was bare-shouldered, looked sophisticated and cute with its ruffled hemline.
And don’t get me started with the eveningwear, because I will run out of superlative terms. The body hugging red gown is just beyond gorgeous.
To say that I really loved this collection will be an understatement. Carolina Herrera’s clothes can easily take over half of my closet and it will be fine with me!
